"We were married on Saturday, May 8th by Gary, at the park location. Sherry handled all the details. The Fredrick County Clerk's Office, (where you get the license) has this down to a science. The chapel is less than 100 yards from the door of the Clerks Office. Sherry is an incurable romantic, and will just jump through hoops to make everything perfect. Saturday morning there were thunderstorms. Before we set out for the Park, Sherry lined up alternate plans 1 & 2 based on potential grounds conditions at the park, as well as plan 3 in case the weather would have prevented the ceremony. The skies parted as if on command and the ceremony went beautifully. Gary then changed hats and took photos for us at the Park with various background settings. These included a lake, a stream, and woodlands. I can offer my highest recommendation, to anyone considering having there wedding done in this area, to use Valley Wedding Chapel's (AKA Gary & Sherry Patterson) services.
